Sugar-Free Cheese Cake
Sugar-Free Cheese Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. graham cracker crumbs, 3 tbsp. margarine, melted, 1 pkg. cherry jell-0, 1 carton low-fat cottage cheese and 1 carton sugar-free strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine first 2 ingredients.
Press into an 8 x 8-inch pan. Chill.
Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water and cool.
In a blender thoroughly mix the cottage cheese until smooth.
(May use processor instead of blender.)
Slowly add Jell-O and blend well. Pour into crust and chill until set.
Slice fresh berries or frozen on top and let set at least an hour.
Serve.
