Sugar-Free Apple Pie
Sugar-Free Apple Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with pastry for double crust, 1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tbsp. oleo and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Roll half of pastry on lightly floured surface.
Place in a 9-inch pie pan.
Set aside.
Combine apple juice and cornstarch in saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Add oleo, cinnamon and nutmeg, mixing well.
Stir in apples.
Spoon mixture in pie pan.
Roll remaining crust.
Put on top of apples.
Fold edges under and flute.
Cut slits on top.
Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
Reduce heat to 375° and bake 30 minutes.
