Sugar Free Apple Pie
Sugar Free Apple Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. peeled, sliced apples, 1/2 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 tsp. lemon juice and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Divide pastry into 2 parts and roll thin to fit an 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
Set aside.
Mix apples, cornstarch and spice. Stir until apples are well coated.
Add lemon juice.
Pour into the pastry and top with the second piece of pastry.
Seal the edges and cut slits in the top.
Bake at 450Β° for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
