Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. powdered sugar, 2 sticks butter, 2 eggs and 1 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream sugar, powdered sugar, butter, eggs and oil.
Add flour, soda, cream of tartar, vanilla and salt.
Mix well and chill until firm.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 minutes.
