Stuffed Salisbury Steak
Stuffed Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. celery, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1 c. water and 1 c. pepperidge farm seasoning mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter in saucepan and saute celery and onion until tender.
Add water and bring to a boil; add stuffing mix.
Remove from heat and stir until blended.
Combine evaporated milk and meat.
Divide into 6 portions on waxed paper.
Pat into a 5-inch circle.
Put 1/6 of stuffing mix in center of each patty.
Draw edges of meat over mix and seal.
Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meat.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
