Strawberry Pretzel Salad
Strawberry Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. pretzels, crushed, 2 tbsp. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, melted, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Mix pretzels, margarine and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Pat into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Bake for 7 to 8 minutes.
Cream the softened cream cheese and 1 cup confectioners sugar.
Stir in Cool Whip.
Spread on pretzel layer. Combine Jell-O and boiling water.
Add strawberries and pineapple.
Allow to cool.
Pour over cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip layer.
Refrigerate until top layer is congealed.
Can be used as a dessert.
