Strawberry Pizza
Strawberry Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 roll sugar cookie dough, 2 c. confectioners sugar, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened, 8 oz. tub cool whip and 1 qt. strawberries, stemmed and sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Roll cookie dough out on cookie sheet or in pizza pan.
Bake until done.
Let cool.
Mix confectioners sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip together; spread on cookie dough.
Mix strawberries with glaze.
Spread over cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate before serving.
