Strawberry Congealed Salad
Strawberry Congealed Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in just 58 minutes. Made with small boxes strawberry jello, c. boiling water, c. sour cream, (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries and (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water.
Drop frozen berries in hot mixture. When berries are thawed, add pineapple.
Pour 1/2 of the mixture into a pan.
Refrigerate until congealed.
Spread sour cream over top.
Add the other 1/2 of the mixture over top and refrigerate until congealed.
