Stir-Fry Rice
Stir-Fry Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. cooked rice, 3 tbsp. oil, 1/8 to 1/2 c. shredded carrots, 1/4 diced green pepper and 1/2 small onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Prepare vegetables.
Heat oil in wok or frypan.
Saute on medium-high heat the onions and green peppers, 1 to 2 minutes.
Add celery and broccoli and cook 2 minutes.
Add rice; stir.
Add chicken or other meat and carrots.
Season with garlic salt, Morton Nature's Season and soy sauce and stir.
Turn heat off to serve.
Add soy sauce to taste.
