Steak Fingers
Steak Fingers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak, 1 egg, 1/2 c. milk, salt and pepper and worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cut round steak (against the grain) to the length and width of index finger.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and Season-All (be sure to rub in).
Place in container.
Cover with Worcestershire sauce; cover with lid and marinate at least 1 hour.
Mix egg and milk. Dip steak in mixture; roll in flour, salt and pepper mixture. Deep fat fry 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown.
