Squash Pie
Squash Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 medium cooked squash, 1/2 stick margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. flour and 1 c. canned milk or plain, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook squash and drain off liquid.
Put in blender and purée. Combine flour and sugar together.
Put squash in mixing bowl, add margarine, sugar and flour.
Mix salt, flavorings and eggs.
Mix real good and bake in unbaked pie crust.
(Makes 2 pies.)
Bake at 350° until done, about 30 to 35 minutes.
(Use all lemon flavoring or all vanilla, if you like that best.)
