Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. cooked fresh squash, 1/2 stick margarine, 1 c. canned milk, 1 egg and 1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook squash and drain water off.
Melt butter in hot squash. Beat egg in milk and add to squash.
Add other ingredients and stir.
Put in casserole dish and sprinkle top with 1/2 cup herb mix.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 325Β°.
