Splatter
Splatter is an moderately easy dinner. Made with tempera paint, paper, small piece of window screen, toothbrush and tape, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Tape paper in center of newsprint.
Arrange leaves or cut-outs on paper.
Pick up small amount of paint on toothbrush.
Hold screen above paper and rub toothbrush back and forth across the screen to make splatters.
Remove shapes or leaves and dry.
