Spinach And Ham Roll-Ups
Spinach And Ham Roll-Ups is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 can undiluted cream of celery soup, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 2 tsp. dijon mustard, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, thawed and drained and 1 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine soup, mustard mixing well. Divide into 1/2 portions.
the soup mixture and blend in spinach, rice, cottage cheese, eggs, onion and flour. Mix all together well.
Spoon 1 heaping tablespoonful of the spinach mixture onto one square of ham slice.
Roll up.
Put seam side down in a 15 x 9-inch dish sprayed beforehand with Pam.
Spoon remaining soup mixture onto squares and continue until ham has been used.
Pour last half of soup mixture over ham rolls.
Sprinkle buttered cracker crumbs and parsley the top.
uncovered at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes. for 10 minutes before serving.
(Can be frozen in advance of cooking.)
