Spinach And Egg Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, 1 can (15 oz.) cheddar cheese soup, 1/2 lb. deli ham, cut into 1/4 inch cubes, 1 tbsp. mustard and 4 hard cooked eggs, chopped or sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°. In large saucepan, cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.
Stir in soup, ham and mustard.
Pour into 9 x 9 inch baking pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
