Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. pkg. spaghetti, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, well beaten and 1 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook spaghetti and drain.
Stir margarine into hot spaghetti. Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Form spaghetti mixture into a "crust" in buttered 10-inch pie plate.
Spread cottage cheese on top of spaghetti crust.
Cook ground beef until brown; drain.
Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic; heat through.
Pour meat mixture into crust.
Bake, uncovered, in 350Β° oven for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake 5 minutes longer.
