Southern Barbecue is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pork roast, 1 c. vinegar, water, 1 crushed hot pepper and hickory smoke barbecue sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Slowly cook the roast with the vinegar, pepper and enough water to cover roast in crock-pot all day.
When cooked, remove roast and let cool.
Save 1 cup of juice from the crock-pot and discard the rest.
With fork, separate the meat.
Return the meat to crock-pot.
Add 1 cup of juices and barbecue sauce.
Heat and serve.
