Sour Cream Noodle Bake
Sour Cream Noodle Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste, 8 oz. egg noodles, cooked and 8 oz. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 5 minutes. Combine noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream and onion in bowl; mix well.
Layer noodle mixture and ground beef mixture 1/2 at a time in nonstick 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
