Sour Cream Enchilada
Sour Cream Enchilada is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can diced ortega chili peppers, 1 small container sour cream, 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese and 1 lb. jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can diced Ortega chili peppers and sour cream.
Pour half of mixture on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Grate Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, fill corn tortillas with cooked hamburger, green onions and half of the cheese mixture.
Put in pan, top with remainder of hamburger. Pour remaining sauce mix over the top.
Then put the rest of the cheese and onions on the top.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
