Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oleo, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 8 oz. sour cream and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cream oleo, sugar and eggs.
Fold in sour cream. Sift dry ingredients and add.
Add vanilla.
Spoon half the batter into a greased 10-inch Bundt pan.
Cover with a mixture of 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Cover with remaining batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 to 60 minutes. Let cool until just warm and remove from pan.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
