Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, softened, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. sour cream and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs.
Fold in sour cream and vanilla.
Mix well and add flour, baking powder and salt. Combine remaining sugar, cinnamon and nuts in bowl.
Place 1/3 of batter in greased tube pan.
Sprinkle top with 3/4 of nut mixture. Spoon on remaining batter and top with remaining nut mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Cool on rack.
