Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. butter, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 pt. sour cream and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Together butter and 1 cup sugar.
Add and beat eggs, one at a time.
Mix together sour cream, baking soda and vanilla; add creamed mixture alternating with flour and baking powder mixed together.
Put half of batter in a large tube pan, then sprinkle with half sugar and cinnamon mixture. Marble it in, remainder of batter.
Sprinkle and marble again. Bake in preheated oven for 55 minutes at 350Β°.
