Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or oleo, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and soda.
Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream.
In a small bowl, mix nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Spoon half of batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with half of topping.
Add rest of batter and sprinkle with the rest of the topping.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
