Snappy Barbecue Sauce
Snappy Barbecue Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. catsup, 1 c. water, 1/4 c. vinegar, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saucepan combine catsup, water, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, celery seed and hot pepper sauce. Bring the catsup mixture to boiling; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Use to baste pork, beef or poultry during
20 minutes of barbecuing.
Pass any remaining sauce.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
