Made with 2 to 2 1/2 boneless country style pork ribs, 3 (16 oz.) bottles hot and spicy barbecue sauce, 1 large yellow onion, 1 clove fresh garlic and 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Finely chop garlic and yellow onion together.
Add all ingredients to the largest crock-pot available.
Stir often.
Cook on low for approximately 5 to 6 hours.
