Cook bacon until crispy, reserving drippings.
Blend flour, salt and pepper into 1/2 cup bacon drippings.
Add milk, slowly, stirring until thick and smooth.
Add 2/3 of cubed cheese; stir until somewhat melted.
Fold in turkey, pimento, rice and crumbled bacon.
Pour into two buttered 1 1/2-quart casseroles or three 1-quart casseroles.
Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
