Shrimp Gumbo
Shrimp Gumbo is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. oleo, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 minced garlic buds, 2 small sliced onions and 1/2 sliced green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt oleo. Stir in garlic, onion, pepper and flour.
Cook until tender.
Combine tomatoes and paste with water. Add this, plus remaining ingredients (except shrimp and rice).
Simmer 45 minutes. Cool.
Add shrimp and simmer, covered, 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and tender. Serve over rice.
