Shrimp Creole

In a large saucepan bring 4 cups water to a boil.
Add shrimp and simmer 1 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Drain and set aside.
A large skillet combine onion, green pepper and 1/4 cup water.
Cover and simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are slightly tender.
Do not drain.
