Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an impressive American dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 42 minutes. Heat oil in a large saucepan.
Add first 5 ingredients.
Saute until vegetables soften, about 5 minutes.
Add next 4 ingredients and saute until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Add chicken broth. Bring to a boil and cook over medium-high heat until thickens, about 30 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are opaque, about 4 minutes.
Season with freshly ground black pepper.
Spoon over 3/4 cup rice and garnish with parsley.
