Shrimp and Crabmeat Jambalaya

Saute shrimp, celery, garlic and onions in Dutch oven until shrimp are nearly done.
Add crabmeat and 1 cup water and simmer about 5 minutes.
Add 2 cups cooked rice.
Mix and simmer together until done, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Add plenty of red pepper and salt to taste.
Serves 6 to 10 people.
