Sekanice(Czech Easter Meat Loaf)
Sekanice(Czech Easter Meat Loaf) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. veal (from shoulder), 12 eggs, beaten separately, 1/2 c. farina, marjoram and pinch of allspice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil pork in salted water.
Forty-five minutes later, start to boil veal in another pan of salted water.
Let meat cool and take out bones.
Chop up meat; do not grind.
Add spices, crackers and 1/2 cup of stock; mix.
Add eggs, that were beaten separately (yolks and whites).
Grease pan (9 x 13-inch) with cold lard.
Bake until golden brown (1 1/2 hours) at 350Β°.
