Seekh Kabobs
Seekh Kabobs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 500 gm. mutton, 1/2 tsp. ginger, 1/2 tsp. garlic, 1 tsp. green chilies, finely cut and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wash mutton and put twice through mincer.
Add to it the green chilies, ginger and garlic.
Then salt, pepper and onion.
Mix spices well in the mincer and make kabobs in the form of ping-pong ball size and shape.
Push skewers through kabobs.
Pat and mold until mince clings around skewers.
