Beat eggs.
Add sugar replacement gradually and beat well. Add salt, shortening, vanilla and oatmeal.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325Β° for 17 to 25 minutes. Remove from pan while still warm.
Makes 106 cookies.
