Scones
Scones is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour, 4 tbsp. superfine sugar, 1/4 c. raisins, 1/2 tsp. salt and 3 to 4 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Lightly grease large baking sheet. Sift flour and salt.
Rub in butter until mixture looks like bread crumbs.
Then add sugar and raisins.
Mix to a soft dough with milk.
Roll out dough on lightly floured board to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut into 1 1/2-inch rounds.
Put on baking sheet. Brush with milk.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve with jam and tea. Makes 12.
