Savory Rice Pilaf
Savory Rice Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. long grain white rice, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 4 c. stock, 1/2 c. apple juice and 1 large onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In 2-quart pan, combine the rice and oil.
Stir over medium heat until rice is golden brown (5 minutes).
Add stock, apple juice, onion, garlic, lemon juice and thyme.
Reduce heat to low; cover pan and simmer until all liquid has been absorbed and rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
Fluff with fork before serving. Serves 6.
