Sausage Jambalaya
A pantry-friendly Cajun-style jambalaya of Eckrich sausage, Uncle Ben's wild rice, Ro-Tel tomatoes, bell pepper and green onions. Spicy, smoky and effortless one-pot dinner.

Brown sausage and drain.
Saute green onions and bell pepper in margarine until tender.
Add Ro-Tel and amount of water on rice directions.
Add rice, seasoning and sausage.
Bake at 375Β° for about 30 minutes or until desired thickness.
