Saucy-Cheesy Meatloaf
Saucy-Cheesy Meatloaf is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella and 1 green bell pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Prepare your favorite meatloaf.
Instead of making into a loaf, spread out meatloaf mixture onto a piece of wax paper so that it will form into a flat 1 inch high rectangle.
Spread tomato sauce on the surface of rectangle as if you were frosting it.
Next sprinkle cheese on top of sauce, then chopped green peppers.
Roll meatloaf into a roll (like a jelly roll), seal the edges and place in a regular loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° until done. This recipe (sauce & cheese) will make enough for a standard loaf pan.
If your recipe is larger, than double the sauce & cheese. When baking, you may have to drain more liquid.
