Sara Lee Coffeecake
Sara Lee Coffeecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 small box instant vanilla pudding, 3/4 c. vegetable oil, 3/4 c. water and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix the first 5 ingredients together for 8 minutes.
Add the vanilla and butter extract.
Mix well.
In another bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
Pour half the batter into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour half the sugar mixture over the batter.
Put the rest of the batter over this and sprinkle the remaining sugar mixture on top.
Mix well with a knife.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until done.
