Sangria
Sangria is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. dry red wine, 1 lemon, cut into thin wedges, juice of 2 lemons, strained, 1 orange, cut into thin wedges and 2 peaches, peeled and diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Pour wine into a 4-quart non-metallic pitcher.
Add lemon juice and all of the cut fruit.
Stir in the sugar and brandy with a wooden spoon.
Add cinnamon and stir again.
Add ice cubes and stir once more.
The mixture should be allowed to stand for at least 30 minutes before serving, although it can be left overnight.
Serve chilled with some of the fruit in each glass ... spoons are optional!
