Salsa Verde
Salsa Verde is an moderately easy Mexican dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 26 minutes. Prepare onions and peppers; remove stem end and seeds from peppers.
Dice onions and saute in heavy small pot.
When golden, add garlic.
After a minute, add diced hot peppers.
Simmer for 10 minutes, adding water to keep to stew consistency.
Add tomatoes and simmer another 5 minutes.
Add a little flour for thickening and adjust with water to maintain stew to soup viscosity.
Add salt and a little vinegar for bite.
