Salsa Dip
Salsa Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (16 oz.) sour cream, 1 can hormel chili without beans, 1 (12 oz.) jar salsa and 2 c. grated cheese (sharp or mild or a combination), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Soften the cream cheese to room temperature (45 seconds in the microwave and then stir until soft). Add the sour cream. In another bowl, combine the chili and salsa. Use a 2-quart or larger glass bowl and put a layer of half the white sauce, a layer of half the red sauce and 1 cup of grated cheese. Repeat the layers. Microwave 8 to 10 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
