Salsa Chili
Salsa Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. oil, 3/4 lb. boneless pork, cubed, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 (16 oz.) jars salsa and 2 (15 oz.) cans spicy chili beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown onion and pork in oil in skillet or Dutch oven until pork is no longer pink.
Stir in salsa and beans.
Cook 30 to 40 minutes.
