Salsa Cheese Bake
Salsa Cheese Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp. oil, 12 oz. jar salsa, 4 oz. chopped green chilies (drained) and 2 tbsp. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook garlic in oil 1 minute.
Stir in next 6 ingredients. Heat to boiling constantly stirring.
Reduce heat & simmer until thickened about 3 minutes.
Cook & drain sausage, stir in 1 c. salsa mixture.
In ungreased casserole dish layer 1/2 of cheese (sliced 1/4 inches) then sausage mixture.
Top with 1/2 cheese. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees 8-10 minutes.
Heat remaining salsa mixture & pour over cheese.
Serve with chips.
