Salsa
Salsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, chopped, 4 garlic cloves or 1 tsp. garlic powder, 4 large very ripe tomatoes, 1/2 c. cilantro leaves and 1/2 green bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a food processor, chop tomatoes separate, then add chopped onions.
You can add more jalapeno peppers if you like it hot. Mix all other ingredients together with chopped vegetables.
Store in a glass jar.
