Sage Tea
Sage Tea is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. green tea leaves, 1/2 tsp. minced, fresh sage, 2 tsp. minced, fresh mint, 3 tbsp. sugar and 3 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In an Earthenware teapot, place tea leaves, sage, mint and sugar.
Stir until sugar is well blended.
Pour in boiling water. Stir again.
Cover and brew 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve in tea glasses with lemon on side.
