Russian Tea Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft butter, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 1/4 c. flour and 3/4 c. nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Add in flour and mix well.
Add in nuts.
Mix well and chill.
Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Cookies do not spread.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Do not let them brown.
Cookies can be rolled in powdered sugar before completely chilled.
