Rumaki
Rumaki is an easy dinner. Made with sliced bacon (raw), 1 can water chestnuts, chicken livers and soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Wash and remove fiber from chicken livers.
Soak in soy sauce for 1 hour.
Cut chestnuts in slices.
Place 1 piece of chestnuts in the center of 1 piece of liver.
Wrap bacon around liver and chestnut.
Secure with wooden toothpick.
Place on ungreased baking dish, about 1/4-inch apart.
Bake at 350Β° until bacon is crisp. Serve hot with a salsa type dip.
