Roasted Pecans
Roasted Pecans is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. pecan halves, 3 tbsp. melted butter, coarse salt to taste and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Spread pecan halves in a baking pan.
Pour melted butter over the nuts and toss well.
Roast nuts in a moderately slow oven at 325Β° for about 25 minutes or until they are lightly colored and sizzling.
During roasting, shake them several times.
Sprinkle with salt and a few grinds of pepper.
Shake the pan to distribute seasonings.
Cool nuts and transfer to airtight jar and store in refrigerator.
