Rice Pilaf
Rice Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. long grain rice, 1/4 lb. butter, 2 cans bouillon, 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms and slivered almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute rice with butter until browned.
Place in baking dish and add bouillon, water, juice, mushrooms, almonds and green onions. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
May also cook in saucepan on stove top 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
