Rice Pilaf
Rice Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. orzo, 1 c. white rice, 1 can chicken broth and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter or margarine over medium heat.
Add orzo; cook until lightly browned, stirring constantly.
Stir in rice.
Add chicken broth, water, salt and pepper.
Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes until rice is tender and liquid absorbed.
Sprinkle with pine nuts before serving.
